A new way to use public land in Seattle! Right-of-way land owned by the City of Seattle should serve the community. Right of way is land like the strips of grass between the road and the sidewalk, or odd little triangles of grass created by Seattle’s famous 5 way intersections. We can improve these spaces for people to use and enjoy as our City grows.
