CHV Who we are
Crown Hill Village Association! The Crown Hill Village Association is a group of volunteers. With early support from a city grant, the organization is now self-supporting. Neighbors who donate their time, talent, and money make everything happen. We have monthly meetings where all are welcome to attend and share what is happening on their block or in their neighborhood group. Growing community through events is the primary work of the organization. A series of events throughout the year plus standing monthly events, we want to make sure our neighborhood knows each other. Crown Hill does not have [...]

Fred Miller: peace activist, gardener, sailor, avid bicyclist, and storyteller. Fred was a leader of the Seattle Peace movement. Maybe you caught his street performance as Major Warren D. Struction back in the day. Fred was a long time member of From Hiroshima to Hope and helped make the annual Aug 6 lantern floating ceremony happen. On Sundays, you would find Fred on the water with the Center for Wooden Boats. The rest of the week, Fred led the Crown Hill Community Garden to grow and donate thousands of pounds of food to [...]

According to the city wading pool schedule this will not affect our wading pool opening the end of June. The upgrades [...]
