Crown Hill Park Holman Road and 13th Ave NW, SeattlePet Costume Party and Parade at Crown Hill Park in NW Seattle Registration opens at 1:00 PM. Parade and judging begins at 1:30 PM. Crown Hill-O-Ween Pet Costume Spooktacular is back for our sixth season on Sunday, October 25th. Come enjoy some old favorites and some new things too!
