The project to update the Soundview fields is finally under way. The project signs were up for years with no sign of movement until eventually the signs were removed and the project forgotten. Until Monday afternoon when neighbors were surprised by the entire (enormous) field being fenced off. The parking lots and the upper field are all still open and accessible, but the access is very limited. The tennis courts are open and the playground is accessible.
