Neighbors + Business = Village Crown Hill Neighbors Association and Crown Hill Business Association are joining forces to create a single organization working to create an engaged and connected community. After years of working together in the neighborhood, the two associations decided to maximize their impact by creating a new organization that would be an umbrella for all the work happening in the community.  The new board includes representatives from business owners, neighbors, and business owning neighbors.

CHUV Committee for Smart Growth The April Crown Hill Village board meeting included a conversation with the people who powered the Crown Hill Urban Village Committee for Smart Growth. They briefed the board on their work over the past four years attending HALA focus groups, speaking at city council meetings, building relationships with the city, and connecting the neighborhood to the upzone process. The group, started as a subcommittee of the Crown Hill Neighborhood Association, had representatives of all the neighborhoods (Crown Hill, Greenwood, Whittier Heights, and Loyal Heights) that have a stake in the Crown Hill Urban Village.
