Holman Road Mural Project The Crown Hill Village Association (CHV) is working to create a vibrant cultural, economic, and social hub in the heart of the neighborhood. We are looking to hire an artist to design a mural for the underside of the Holman Road overpass, and perhaps incorporate the stairs and deck of the overpass.
