Lettuce Help Fred Donate to the Ballard Food Bank! Are you looking for an easy way to help your neighbors? Gardener Fred has worked tirelessly to grow food to donate to the Ballard Food Bank. Fred grew almost 1,800 pounds of fresh food and then delivered it via bike to the food bank. Fred is full of information, wonderful stories, and is making Crown Hill greener and more delicious.
